On-line shopping and telephone mail order at Ryedale Cash Registers is for sale and delivery of goods within the mainland United Kingdom only. U.K. islands can be quoted prices on request for delivery.
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Ryedale Cash Registers will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order.
Carriage is calculated as orders are placed into the shopping cart. Items are aimed to be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days, depending on stock availability. For machines that are wanting bespoke programming, please allow 5 working days from us receiving your programming details. As standard all deliveries will be made within 28 days and Ryedale Cash Registers will advise you of any delay in the dispatching of stock. Please ensure your stated delivery address is available for delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday – Friday.
If a product was to become lost or damaged in transit please contact Ryedale Cash Registers as soon as possible, please ensure you make a comment about any packaging/damaged box when receiving from the courier and record this information on the signature documentation. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. We reserve the right not to replace goods damaged by the courier if they have been signed for in good condition.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card, BACS, cheque or Paypal. We do not store your Credit/Debit card information. This ensures that we comply with the new PCI DSS regulations.
Credit/Debit card payments will be debited from your account before the goods are dispatched. If paying by BACS, cheque or Paypal the goods will be dispatched once the funds are cleared.
We guarantee satisfaction. All new machines come with a twelve months manufacturer’s warranty. If in the unlikely event that the equipment we have supplied develops a fault during this period, then you the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to our workshop premises. If on inspection the fault comes from operator error or misuse then we reserve the right to charge for workshop labour. Goods returned for refund where there is no fault are subject to a 20% + VAT re-stocking charge (payable by the customer prior to the return of the goods). We are not responsible for the loss of data or the corruption of data under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of software with their PC/hardware and its operating system. The buyer is also responsible for protecting their hardware from power surges, lightening strikes, spillages etc and for the backup of P.C related software programmes and databases. All software is non-returnable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods un-used with all manuals, attachments, and original packaging/boxing to ourselves within 7 working days from receiving the goods. Machines which have no fault but the customer has just changed their mind will be refunded, but goods are subject to a 20% + VAT re-stocking charge. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us. We will not accept any returns not in its original packaging. Any incomplete or missing parts must be reported to ourselves with 24 hours of delivery, we accept no liability after this period. In case of a return the shipping costs are not refunded. All goods need to be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. Under no circumstances will goods which have been mis-used, damaged or defaced in anyway be accepted for a refund.
You are required to send notice of a cancellation of goods in writing or email within 2 working days from receipt of the goods. A telephone call will not be accepted as a cancellation. Please state your name, address, email, telephone number, items ordered and the reason for the cancellation. Goods that have not been cancelled within 7 workings days under the cooling off period will be refused.
We will not pass any of your information onto third parties for marketing purposes.
